Join us this February in a unique and exciting challenge to make a difference! The UK Sepsis Trust invites you and your furry friends to emBARK on an exciting journey 29-day journey. Our goal is to complete 60 miles together, all while raising vital funds and spreading awareness about sepsis.

What do you need to do?

  1. Join our February dog walking challenge Facebook group, click here
  2. Register for the challenge and your free UKST dog bandana and A4 mile tracker will be dispatched to you, click here to register
  3. Set up your Facebook fundraiser or JustGiving page and spread the word about your amazing challenge

Your support is incredible, every mile you and your pup complete this February, helps us get closer to our goal of ending preventable deaths from sepsis and improved outcomes for sepsis survivors.

What is a Facebook fundraiser? Open

A fundraising page which you set-up and run within Facebook.

Where is the challenge based? Open

You can take part where you like, wherever works for you!

I have set up a Facebook fundraising page now what do I do to get the dog bandana? Open

If you go onto the featured posts at the top of the Facebook page, you will see a welcome post with a link where you can register for your dog bandana, this will be dispatched after you have received your first donation on your page. Please note you must be registered in order to receive your dog bandana as we need your full address.

Can I use JustGiving instead of Facebook? Open

Feel free to use whichever platform suits you best, to set up a JustGiving page for the challenge, please click here.

Where do the donations to my Facebook fundraiser go? Open

All donations that are made to your Facebook fundraiser will be sent directly to UK Sepsis Trust by Facebook.

What happens if I don’t complete my challenge? Open

Please don’t be disheartened, the most important thing is that you challenged yourself. Every mile counts this February!

Do I need to provide evidence to the charity that I have completed my miles? Open

We trust you, you don’t need to provide evidence to us in anyway. Make sure to keep your friends and family up to date on your Facebook fundraiser, this is really important! A photo of your dog will always be appreciated so please do post these on Facebook.
