Run by the bereaved, for the bereaved. The Good Grief Trust exists to help all those affected by grief in the UK. They aim to find the bereaved, acknowledge their grief and provide reassurance and ongoing support.
Experienced volunteers provide free and confidential advice, information and support for anyone who has been bereaved, by telephone, email or face-to-face. They also offer support to young people on their website, Hope again.
