Create an online tribute page

A special place to remember a loved one, share their story, and make a difference in their memory.

Losing someone to sepsis can have a lasting impact. An online tribute page provides a dedicated space to keep their memory alive, share their story, and celebrate their life. Friends and family can come together to share memories wherever they are.

By choosing to fundraise in their name, you’ll also be helping the UK Sepsis Trust support others and work towards a future where fewer lives are lost to sepsis.

How to create a tribute page

for a loved one

Setting up your tribute page only takes a few minutes. You’ll just need to create your page through the platform MuchLoved and make it your own.

1. Set up your online tribute page

Start by creating a personalised tribute page for your loved one, where you’ll be guided through a few simple steps, including adding some details about them, choosing a photo, and deciding whether you’d like to fundraise in their memory.

Once your page is created, you can personalise it further by adding events, changing the page colour, and adding other details that make it special.

2. Invite others to remember them

When you’re ready, share your loved one’s tribute page with family and friends so they can come together to remember them. They can leave messages, share memories, add photos, music, and videos, or if they wish, make a donation in their memory.

You can also add entries to their timeline and choose whether updates are shared publicly or kept private.

3. Continue to tell their story

Continue adding special memories that feel important and use the page to celebrate who your loved one was and what they meant to you. You can also share updates about fundraising and tell others what their donations mean to you and the impact they can have on te work of the UK Sepsis Trust.

You don't have to go through this alone

Losing a loved one to sepsis can leave you with grief, questions, and feelings that are difficult to put into words, but you don’t have to go through it alone.

Whether you need a safe space to share your feelings through a 1:1 conversation or want to connect with others, our Support Nurses are here to listen, offer reassurance, and help answer any questions you may have.
