UK Sepsis Trust unveils revamped website to enhance sepsis support experience

15 August 2024

We’re pleased to announce the relaunch of our website, aimed at offering a significantly improved user experience and streamlined navigation.

This development comes as part of UKST’s ongoing commitment to provide better resources and support for those affected by sepsis.

Working in collaboration with the digital agency Herd, we’ve introduced several key upgrades to our online platform, launched ahead of sepsis awareness month in September.

Dr Ron Daniels, Founder & Joint CEO of UK Sepsis Trust, commented on the relaunch: “We are incredibly proud to unveil our revamped website, which marks a significant step forward in our mission to support those impacted by sepsis. Our collaboration with Herd has allowed us to create a more user-friendly platform, ensuring that individuals can effortlessly find the resources they need. The new support login area, in particular, will be a valuable tool in helping users navigate their journey with sepsis, offering targeted support tailored to their specific needs.”

A major highlight of the redesign is the new login area tailored specifically for support service users. This feature has been designed to provide personalised access to resources that are directly relevant to users’ experiences with sepsis, ensuring they receive the most pertinent information and guidance.

In time, we hope to add additional resources to the platform to enhance our support user’s experience.

The refreshed website also offers a more intuitive navigation system, allowing users to easily access vital information, whether they are patients, family members, healthcare professionals, or supporters of the cause.

We continue to be a leading force in raising awareness and providing support for those affected by this life-threatening condition.

Our redesigned website is expected to further empower individuals and their families by offering easier access to essential information and services.
