ANTHONY COLLINS
At Anthony Collins, we take pride in being more than just top-ranked clinical or medical negligence lawyers.
We have a shared purpose with the UK Sepsis Trust in that we seek to improve lives, communities and society. Since our partnership began in 2015, our relationship has gone from strength to strength and we actively promote the UK Sepsis Trust’s campaigns and awareness raising – an effort that is crucial in improving outcomes for those affected by sepsis. As one of the first law firms in the UK to become #SepsisSavvy, we are proud to have played a role in raising awareness of sepsis amongst our colleagues.
You can hear about our close partnership with the UK Sepsis Trust here.
We have helped thousands of clients seek justice after medical negligence, including many clients who have been affected by sepsis. Over the years we have secured many tens of millions of pounds in compensation for our clients. Each and every client is different, so whilst we have a track record of successfully representing thousands of clients, we don’t treat you as just a number.
Why choose us
Our clients choose us not only because we are award-winning specialists but also because of our compassionate, client-centered approach. We fight for justice for every client, understanding that you would prefer not to have to bring a compensation claim, but recognise its necessity due to the profound impact sepsis can have on your health, family, and finances. We work closely with you to understand your unique needs and support you in rebuilding your life.
While financial security is vital, we know that other factors are equally important – rehabilitation, proper home care after discharge, home adaptations, navigating state benefits, and managing the impact on employment and family life. Our comprehensive service goes beyond monetary compensation; we involve a broader team to assist with these and other related issues where appropriate.

We were one of the first law firms in the UK to become a BCorp. You can read more about what that means to us and our clients here. We pride ourselves on being one of an exclusive group of law firms who have achieved this standard.
OUR SERVICES
We support clients whose lives have been turned upside down by sepsis that could have been prevented with timely and correct treatment. This includes bereaved families who have lost a loved one due to sepsis. Thanks to our intrinsic relationship with The UK Sepsis Trust, our team possesses a full understanding of sepsis and extensive experience in this area of law, enabling us to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients. We offer an initial free, impartial consultation whether we will listen to your experience, outline your options and explain how we might be able to help you. We offer ‘no win no fee’ type funding for claims, which we will discuss in detail with you to make sure it is the right option for you. You can read more about funding the legal costs here.
