If my application is successful, I agree to pledge and achieve a sponsorship target of £2700 (excluding Gift Aid) I agree Terms and Conditions. I am applying for a charity place in the TCS London Marathon 2026 with the UK Sepsis Trust. I understand that I am not guaranteed a place by applying and that the charity will be in touch to confirm whether my application has been successful after I have completed this form. If my application is successful and my place is accepted by the charity, I accept to pay the registration fee of £100 to confirm my charity place. I pledge to raise a minimum of £2700 (excluding Gift Aid) in sponsorship and that all monies raised will be donated only to the UK Sepsis Trust. I accept the responsibility of informing the UK Sepsis Trust should I wish not to receive event specific communications. I confirm that I am sufficiently fit and healthy to take part in this event. Should this change, I will seek medical advice prior to the event. I take full responsibility for any costs attributed to my participation in this event and will not deduct any expenditure from funds raised. I accept that should I no longer be able to take part in this event, I will be unable to claim a refund for my registration fee.
