The York 10K has been described as one of the country’s most beautiful city runs. Since its launch in 2009, the event has also grown into one of Yorkshire’s most popular 10Ks. The route starts and finishes on Knavesmire Road, close to York Racecourse and then takes in some of the city’s most historic landmarks, including the ancient city walls, Clifford’s Tower and The Minster.
Why is taking part so important?
By participating in the York 10K on behalf of the UK Sepsis Trust, you’ll be supporting our mission to end preventable deaths from sepsis and provide ongoing support for those affected.
Early detection is key to saving lives, and we work hard to raise public awareness, empower healthcare professionals, and drive improvements in sepsis care.
