20 Minutes of Yoga a Day in August

Fundraising Challenge

Are you eager to make a difference whilst learning a new skill? UK Sepsis Trust (UKST) invites you to join our 20 Minutes of Yoga a Day in August Challenge!

Sepsis is a serious condition that affects 245,000 people every year in the UK, but together, we can raise awareness and support those in need. By dedicating just 20 minutes of your day to yoga throughout August, you’ll not only enhance your own well-being but also contribute to our vital mission.

What do you need to do?

  • STEP 1: Click here to join our Yoga Challenge Facebook Group
  • STEP 2: Click here to register for the challenge & create a fundraising page through Facebook or JustGiving
  • STEP 3: Receive your first donation and we’ll send you a free UKST t-shirt & A4 progress tracker!

By joining our yoga fundraising challenge, you’ll become part of a supportive community dedicated to saving lives from sepsis. Together, we’ll inspire each other, share our progress, and make a meaningful impact.
