Organise a Charity Golf Day for UKST

Play your round. Help save lives.

Take on our
36 or 72 hole
golf challenge

Ready to take on the ultimate endurance golf challenge? As part of our national charity golf fundraising campaign, we’re inviting golfers and clubs across the UK to organise or take part in a charity golf day by completing either 36 or 72 holes in a single day to raise vital funds and support our fight against sepsis, a life-threatening condition that claims over 48,000 lives in the UK every year.

Designed for players of all abilities, the challenge can be adapted to suit any club or golfer. Just choose a date and course that works for you, then take on the challenge solo, as a team, or as part of a club-organised event.

1. Choose your challenge

Register online and choose the challenge that’s right for you or your team:

36 hole golf challenge: A demanding – but achievable – test for most golfers.

72 hole golf challenge: The ultimate endurance test for golfers looking to push themselves further.

2. Assemble your team

Decide how you’d like to take part:

  • Individual: Challenge yourself to complete 36 or 72 holes in one day.
  • Pair: Take on the challenge with a friend.
  • Relay team: Share the total number of holes across a team.
  • Golf clubs: Host a dedicated charity golf event or incorporate the challenge into an existing Captain’s Day, members’ competition or club fixture.

3. Pick your date and course

Choose a date and course that works for you, your team, or your golf club. You can take on the challenge whenever and wherever suits you best.

4. Start fundraising and take on the challenge

Set up your fundraising page through JustGiving and invite family, friends, and colleagues to sponsor you.

Then complete your chosen number of holes in a single day and celebrate your achievement, knowing you’ve helped raise vital funds and awareness for sepsis.
