Join Team UKST and take on the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 4th October 2026. By participating, you’ll not only challenge yourself but also contribute to a vital cause in the fight against sepsis.
The Cardiff Half Marathon is the UK’s second largest half marathon and Wales’ largest multi-charity fundraising event. This iconic event attracts 27,000 runners each year who pass by the city’s stunning landmarks including Cardiff Castle, the Principality Stadium, Cardiff Bay and Civic Centre. Famous for its fast, flat course, the Cardiff Half Marathon is ideal for both experienced and beginner runners looking for an exciting new challenge.
Why is taking part so important?
By participating in the Cardiff Half Marathon 2026 on behalf of the UK Sepsis Trust you’ll be supporting our mission to end preventable deaths from sepsis and provide ongoing support for those affected.
Early detection is key to saving lives, and we work hard to raise public awareness, empower healthcare professionals, and drive improvements in sepsis care.
