Terms and Conditions
I am applying for a charity place in the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026 (LLHM) with the UK Sepsis Trust. I accept to pay the registration fee of £45 to confirm my charity place. I pledge to raise a minimum of £400 (excluding Gift Aid) in sponsorship and that all monies raised will be donated only to the UK Sepsis Trust. I accept the responsibility of informing the UK Sepsis Trust should I wish not to receive event specific communications. I confirm that I am sufficiently fit and healthy to take part in this event. Should this change, I will seek medical advice prior to the event. I take full responsibility for any costs attributed to my participation in this event and will not deduct any expenditure from funds raised. I understand that a minimum of 50% of my fundraising should be paid to UKST by 1st January 2026. I accept that should I no longer be able to take part in this event, I will be unable to claim a refund for my registration fee. Any sponsorship collected will be refunded to the donor or gifted to the UK Sepsis Trust. I accept that if I can no longer take part in 2026 or the event is cancelled, there is no guarantee that my place will be rolled over to the following year. By taking a charity place, I am committing to participate and fulfil my fundraising pledge. Upon receipt of your registration fee, The UK Sepsis Trust will add your details to the official charity console for LLHM26 once the console is open, details will be shared via email. I accept that if I do not complete my official registration on the LLHM26 console within 4 weeks of the link being sent, it is at the discretion of the charity to withdraw my place.
