Online Bereavement Support & Connect group

Our online groups are relaxed informal meetings via Zoom facilitated by our support nurses. We have groups for those recovering from sepsis, and for those who are sadly bereaved. The groups work on a model of peer support which involves people drawing on shared personal experience to provide knowledge, social interaction, emotional assistance or practical help to each other, often in a way that is mutually beneficial.
