Running season is very much upon us and pounding the pavements is the ultimate way to keep those fitness levels up. Even though most of the foreseeable running events are postponed or cancelled, that doesn’t mean that you can’t still keep active and run in aid of a good cause. Maybe running isn’t usually your forté, but you’ve decided that now is the time to get those running shoes on. Whether you do 5k, 10k, or even a half marathon, get in the garden with your running shoes on for the UK Sepsis Trust.


Set your Challenge Open

Choose the distance and set a time frame to complete your challenge. If you don’t want to run or jog, you could always do a sponsored walk instead!

Whether it be through text, email or social media, spread the word and tell your friends, family or colleagues all about your event and why fundraising for UKST is important to you. Don’t forget to share the link to your giving page and ask your supporters to donate and sponsor you.
