OUR SERVICES
As a full-service firm, we can help advise and represent you in any area of law, whether it’s for you or your business.
We all need legal or financial advice at some point in our lives. It can help us through some of our key milestones – buying a house, getting married, planning for your retirement, or providing for your kids’ future. But it’s also vital when things don’t go according to plan – if you’re hurt in an accident, a medical procedure goes wrong, a loved one loses mental capacity, or a difficult family matter such as a separation or a dispute over a will.
Whatever your situation, we have specialists ready to help. We’ll listen to you and strive for the best possible outcome.
After losing our family member to sepsis in October 2021, we had a lot of concerns regarding his care in hospital. We did not know where to start so we approached UK Sepsis Trust for some advice. They put us in touch with their legal support service and we contacted Irwin Mitchell. They’ve been a godsend to us throughout the process and they have helped us so much so far. From initial conversations outlining our concerns and the timeline of what had happened we were given impartial advice on what our next steps could be and what our options were. We decided to go with them and are so glad we did. There was subsequently an inquest into the death and our solicitor Tania Harrison was there every step of the way…Not only have they been a practical support but a huge emotional support. We are eternally grateful to them for their ongoing involvement and support.
